1. We shall use only ISI mark materials or manufactured by ISO 9001 approved companies / as per Client / Consultant.

2. We shall accept all our payments only through cheques/DDs with all applicable taxes.

3. 5% of total estimated cost shall be paid to us as intial security deposit, which is refundable      /adjustable at the end of project.

4. Money in installments has to be deposited in advance for the proposed work, as per the work schedule prepared and signed on legal papers by both parties. Monthly expenditure bills shall be raised along with our consultancy fee along with all applicable taxes. These bills should be cleared and advance deposited before next phase of work is undertaken.

5. You have to enter in to a legally binding construction agreement with “MM Builders &     Developers”, at the time of paying security deposit and before any service/work starts
