Based on the agreement, M&M Architects may require the introduction of any or all of the following consultants into the project: -
- Structural Consultant
- Plumbing Consultant
- Electrical Consultant
- Landscaping Consultant

While M&M Architects may recommend consultants from their experience, the client is free to go with recommended Consultant(s) or make an independent choice of their own.
However, M&M Architects will not be responsible for:
-Timelines committed by each of these consultants.
-Quality of output of deliverables outside the scope of engagement.

Each consultant is an expert in their respective fields and will be responsible for their drawings. M&M will be checking the drawings before it is released to site. The level of involvement of any of the above consultants would be defined by M&M Architects
