We advise our clients to maintain a buffer of 20 -25% of the total value of the project to accommodate for escalations stemming from: -
change in design
- change in basic rates of materials
- time factors
- other unforeseen factors

Besides the other buffer, any additions or subtractions to the areas defined during the costing stage of the project will have a cost implication, which would be borne by the client.
