Once the requirements and the site have been finalized, M&M Architects will send a proposal document defining the scope of services, architectural/interior design/construction fees and payment terms, along with a document detailing all processes. In agreement, the client is required to return a signed copy of these documents. The agreement clearly states the scope of works and nature of work which has been mutually agreed upon.
