M&M Architects will make a site visit to inspect the site (if required) at the time of exploring the agreement. In case of outstation projects the site visit could be made, for which a separate fee that includes the travel, stay and consultation would have to be defined and agreed upon. In the course of a project, during the design as well as execution process, M&M Architects may not be compelled to make any defined number of visits to the site. The requirement for the number of site visits and their frequency would vary from one project to another, and would increase or decrease during phases
